Speed changes games.

This 4-day camp is designed to help athletes improve their stride mechanics, acceleration, and overall skating efficiency. Sessions will focus on developing speed through proper mechanics while incorporating agility and overspeed training to challenge players to move faster and more confidently.

Athletes will work through high-repetition drills that reinforce efficient skating habits, quick directional changes, and puck control at speed. Each session is structured to build confidence while helping players move more explosively and creatively in game situations.
