MBH Shooting and Stickhandling Bootcamp
NEW DATES ADDED: September 30
Stickhandling Bootcamp
A focused 60-minute session built around puck control, quick hands, hands-away puck handling, deception, puck protection, heads-up play and game-transfer skills.
Stickhandling + Shooting Bootcamp
A high-repetition 60-minute session combining stickhandling and puck-control development with shooting technique, quick releases, accuracy and scoring skills.
MBH Stickhandling & Shooting Bootcamps are high-repetition, high-engagement development sessions designed to help athletes improve puck control, confidence, and offensive skills through purposeful training.
Each 60-minute session combines technical instruction with hundreds of quality repetitions. Sessions feature different drills, progressions and challenges, giving athletes opportunities to continually develop their skills, creativity and confidence.
A major focus is teaching athletes to separate their hands from their body, creating greater reach, deception, puck protection and the ability to create time and space. Athletes are also challenged to keep their heads up, developing the awareness, scanning and decision-making skills that translate to game situations.

Why It Works
Our approach combines skill development with cognitive training principles to help athletes become more effective with the puck in game situations. Athletes won't just develop better hands; they'll be challenged to process information, make decisions and execute skills while keeping their eyes up and engaged in the game.
The result is greater confidence with the puck and skills that transfer to game situations.

“Nolan is always encouraging them, providing feedback and making the time to help any of the girls that are struggling with the particular skill they are working on. ”
“We have yet to be in a camp where our daughter was given the support that she was with Nolan”
“You left no one behind. If someone wasn’t quite getting the drill you helped and corrected and got them on track. Each skater got some one on one time in every session”
