Train Smarter. React Faster. Perform Better.

The MBH Cognitive Bootcamp is designed for athletes from all sports who want to improve how quickly and effectively they process information, make decisions, react, and perform under pressure. Physical ability matters. But in sport, athletes are constantly required to see what is happening, process information, make decisions, and react — often in a fraction of a second.

Each 60-minute session combines cognitive challenges, movement, competition, and technology to develop the mental and physical skills that influence athletic performance. Training is progressive, engaging, and adaptable to athletes from different sports and skill levels.

The athletes who see more, process faster, and react quicker create an advantage — regardless of the sport they play.

Why It Works

Sport is unpredictable. Athletes rarely perform in environments where they know exactly what is going to happen next. MBH cognitive training combines technology, movement, decision-making, reaction, and competitive challenges to place athletes in situations that require them to continually take in information and respond. Rather than simply training athletes to move faster, we challenge them to see faster, process faster, decide faster — and then move.

Because in sport, physical speed is only part of being fast.

Train your brain. Separate yourself.

You left no one behind. If someone wasn’t quite getting the drill you helped and corrected and got them on track. Each skater got some one on one time in every session
