Mind Body Hockey's development philosophy is to provide a positive learning environment by breaking down and building up individual skill development that evolves and incorporates the skill into relevant game-like scenarios. We teach and challenge players to understand how and why they move while providing invaluable game insights to grow their game. Positive youth development includes competence, confidence, connection, character and caring ... it's what we do at Mind Body Hockey.
