MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Health concerns must be listed on the player’s registration form. Mind Body Hockey must be made aware of any changes to the participant’s health before or during a camp that could impact their health and wellbeing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refunds are reviewed on an individual basis.

All refunds are assessed a 5% administrative and processing fee.
