Summer 2026 is locked in.
From July 6 to August 13, weβll be running a 6-week high-performance summer series built for athletes who want intentional reps, elite pace, and real progression. Groups will include:

In addition, weβll be offering 4-day intensive sessions from August 17 to August 20 and from August 24 to August 27 to sharpen details and prepare athletes heading into main camps. Groups will include:
