From one-on-one to multi-player games and conditions, players work on agility, explosiveness and speed while reading and reacting within each game. Incorporating various gameplay scenarios with abundant variables is extremely valuable to their development, not to mention a lot of fun. In addition, development also occurs through the requirements of communication, critical thinking, decision making and spatial awareness.
