Feb Break Skills Camp
CAMP DETAILS
High-impact, small group, 90-minute off-ice shooting, stickhandling and cognitive training sessions for U9–U18 athletes.
Dates: Monday, February 16 – Thursday, February 19
Format: 90 minutes, single-day sessions with two separate groups run simultaneously. Groups are never combined.
Max Group Size: 6 athletes/group
Price: $62.50 + GST/session
Location: MBH Performance Centre, 3918 Millar Ave, Saskatoon
Each session is a standalone registration. Interested in more than one day? Each day offers new drills and an intentional focus on and progression of shooting, stickhandling and cognitive development.
Each Session includes:
Shooting: Mechanics, repetition, correction and game-like application
Stickhandling: Real-scenario drills
Cognitive Training: Fast-paced, decision-based drills using elite tools like ReactForge, BlazePods, SportReact and SwitchedOn.
Athletic Skills & Movement:
Foundational movement training that develops agility, coordination, balance, and spatial awareness — often overlooked but essential to youth development and long-term athletic success.
