Shooting and Cognitive Small Groups (July - August)

Back by popular demand, our 6-week Shooting & Cognitive Small Group Program combines 90-minute sessions each week of shooting, puck control, decision-making, and cognitive training to help athletes execute skills faster and make better decisions in game situations.

With a maximum of 4 athletes per group, participants benefit from individualized coaching, more repetitions, and greater attention to detail.

This program focuses on the details that often go unnoticed but have a significant impact on performance. Athletes will work on the off-ice skills that drive on-ice success, including processing information faster, making better decisions under pressure, reacting more efficiently, and executing skills with greater confidence.

Athletes Will Develop:

• Shooting mechanics and scoring habits
• Puck control under pressure
• Reaction speed and decision-making
• Explosive agility and movement
• Focus, awareness, and anticipation
• Confidence through purposeful repetition

Starting the week of July 6, groups are available for U13, U15, and U18+ athletes.

Miss a session? Send a friend. Summer schedules are busy, and that's okay. If you can't make a session, you're welcome to send a friend in your place so your spot doesn't go to waste. Our goal is simple: help as many athletes as possible develop their skills, build confidence, and create momentum heading into tryouts and the season ahead.

Nolan is always encouraging them, providing feedback and making the time to help any of the girls that are struggling with the particular skill they are working on.

We have yet to be in a camp where our daughter was given the support that she was with Nolan

You left no one behind. If someone wasn’t quite getting the drill you helped and corrected and got them on track. Each skater got some one on one time in every session
